Thank you for using Splitemp. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how payments, wallet recharges, tips, ad purchases, and subscriptions are handled and refunded on our platform, processed securely through Razorpay.

1. Wallet & Add Money Transactions

Funds added to your Splitemp wallet are considered digital credits and non-refundable once successfully processed. Wallet balances can be used for tips, subscriptions, or ad purchases within the platform. Refunds are only provided in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment or double charge due to technical error.
  • Failed transaction where the amount was deducted but not credited to wallet.

2. Tips & Creator Payments

All tips, donations, or payments made directly to creators are final and non-refundable, as the service is instantly fulfilled. Please review carefully before confirming payments.

3. Subscriptions & Premium Content

Subscription and content access fees are non-refundable once activated. However, users may cancel future renewals anytime before the next billing cycle.

4. Advertisements & Promotions

Payments for promoted posts, page ads, or sponsored content are non-refundable after activation, since ad impressions or placements begin immediately. Refunds are only issued if:

  • The ad fails to start due to a verified technical error on Splitemp’s side.
  • Duplicate ad billing occurred.

5. Physical Product Purchases

For physical items (e.g., merchandise), refunds and cancellations follow our Shipping Policy. Refunds are only processed if the order was damaged, lost, or undelivered.

6. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Send your request to support@splitemp.com with your Razorpay Payment ID, email, and reason.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

If a user initiates a chargeback without contacting support, Splitemp reserves the right to suspend the related account. Please reach out to support first for faster resolution.
