At Splitemp, most purchases involve digital services like subscriptions, tips, or ad credits. However, if physical goods or merchandise are offered, this Shipping Policy applies.
1. Digital Deliveries
Digital content, wallet top-ups, subscriptions, and ad purchases are delivered instantly to your Splitemp account upon successful payment. There are no physical shipments for such transactions.
2. Physical Products (If Available)
- Processing time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Domestic delivery: 3–10 business days after dispatch.
- International delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
- Tracking details are shared via email or dashboard once shipped.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Any import taxes or customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Damaged or Lost Orders
If an order arrives damaged or is not delivered, contact support@splitemp.com within 7 days. We’ll assist with replacements or refunds after verification.
5. Non-Delivery of Digital Products
If a digital purchase (wallet recharge, tip, ad, or subscription) is deducted but not reflected, contact support with your payment ID. We’ll verify with Razorpay and recredit or refund if valid.
